Everyone hates when it comes bucketing down especially when their 13th birthday party ideas has to be canned. It stuffs all the wonderful plans that we had brewing in our head. The great thing about this is that it forces everyone to participate and join in, leaving no one bored at the end of the day. When everyone goes back to school on Monday, you’ll be the star of the show. To avoid a smelly cake, ensure none of the sweat from people drops on the cake. Could make it a bit tangy!
Finally, just having a pool party can be one of the great 13th birthday party ideas when it’s raining. You’re going to get wet anyway so who cares? This time, mum’s home made sausage rolls won’t go to waste. They may just be a bit soggy.
